Mauri Flour Mill required an 8,000m² concrete hardstand upgrade for the their food manufacturing facility. The scope included full formwork, reinforcement, concrete pouring and placement, along with the construction of box drains to manage stormwater effectively around the site.

During the project, unforeseen asbestos remediation (unrelated to our scope) caused scheduling delays. Our team worked flexibly with the client’s evolving timelines, ensuring seamless coordination despite external challenges.

The result was a high-quality concrete hardstand completed to specification, with a satisfied client and improved site functionality.
