At their Carole Park site, James Hardie required a large-scale hardstand solution to support ongoing manufacturing and logistics operations. We delivered 11,200m² of 200mm thick concrete hardstand, ensuring heavy-duty load bearing capacity. 

The key challenge was working within a fully operational facility. Continuous truck and forklift access was essential to maintain production flow. We developed a staged construction approach, carefully coordinating slab pours and site access to ensure there was no disruption to daily operations.

The result was a successful project delivered on time and without operational downtime.
