industrial concrete pavement

Project Snapshot

Client: M2P Engineering
Location: Salisbury, QLD
Scope: Approx. 2,300m² heavy-duty hardstand including design, demolition, civil works, stormwater pits and concrete slab on ground.

Project Overview

Concrete Hardstand Constructions delivered a full-service industrial concrete pavement project for M2P Engineering in Salisbury, transforming the site into a durable, practical hardstand built for ongoing operational use.

The works included demolition of existing raised garden beds and retaining walls, spoil removal to an approved location, civil works, stormwater infrastructure and construction of a new concrete slab on ground.

Key Project Benefits

  • Built for ongoing industrial and commercial use
  • Delivered around a live operational site
  • Staged to reduce disruption and maintain access
  • Integrated civil, drainage and concrete scope
  • Durable, practical surface for long-term performance

Minimal Downtime

Concrete Hardstand Constructions staged the works so the site could remain functional throughout the build. The first slab sections were completed and allowed to cure sufficiently for use while work shifted to the opposite side of the project.

By planning the sequence carefully and working closely with the client, we maintained a practical laydown area and helped keep operations moving during construction.
